Welcome to The Glasgow School of Art, and to the Department of Interior Design. We are delighted that you have chosen to study at the School and that you have been invited to join the Interior Design Studio. We are located within that most stimulating of environments–an Art School. Our Studio is a key component within that place. You, as integral and valued part of the Studio Community, will be expected to participate as fully as possible in our explorations of all that delights about this extraordinary subject. It is an important time for our discipline, with myriad possibilities for you, as emerging designers, to explore, discover and develop. We will do everything we can to support you on your journey.
